NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CC-002354-WS, of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASE 1B HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MELVIN L. MARTINEZ and MARGARET MARTINEZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 16, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 54, Nature Hideaway Phase 1-B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 125, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
