NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA001381 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and JAMES S DELLINGER A/K/A JAMES DELLINGER A/K/A JAMES STEPHEN DELLINGER; LAUREN DELLINGER A/K/A LAUREN A DELLINGER A/K/A LAUREN ASHLEY DELLINGER; FIRST BANK AS SUCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHA DELLINGER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BOB WINGO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 21st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, IN BLOCK B, C.H. .DAVIS RESUBDIVISION OF RIVER FRONT PROPERTY AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 271 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING A POINT ON THE SOUTH BANK OF THE MANATEE RIVER; THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG SAID LOT LINE 106 FEET TO A POINT IN LOT 2 OF SAID RESUBDIVISION; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1; THENCE EAST TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS THERETO. AND THE WESTERN 1/2 OF THE VACATED PORTION OF RIGHT OF WAY DESCRIBED IN O.R.
