The Administration of the Guardianship of Mary Kathryn Self, File No. 2010 GA 001880 NC, is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230. The name and address of the court appointed Florida Guardian is Linda Sabattini, P.O. Box 37575, Sarasota, FL 34278. The name and address of the attorney for the Guardian is set forth below.
Richard J. Thorpe has been appointed as Conservator of the Person and Property of Mary Kathryn Self, by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Iowa District Court of Jasper County, in the matter of Mary Kathryn Self, Case No. GCPR036102. The Iowa Conservator's address is 1012 So. 6th Avenue West, Newton, IA 50208.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. Thirty date from the date of the first publication of this Notice, Linda Sabattini, will apply for discharge. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Iowa.
All persons on whom this Notice is Served who have objections to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall file such objections with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE.
Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is direction and the grounds on which the objection is based. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a Notice of Hearing shall be served or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
