NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-003587-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Charley W. Sisson, II and Susan E. Sisson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on March 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 46, OF FAIRWAY SPRINGS UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 27 THROUGH 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
