WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LUIS ORTIZ; LAURA SANCHEZ; THE GLENS OF COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SONIA I. FERNANDEZ; LISA A. JROLF; GLORIMAR NEGRON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2 OF COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B TRACT 1 PHASE 1, RESUBDIVISION OF PORTION OF LOTS 3,4,5 AND 9 OLDSMAR FARM PLAT 3, PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 25), AND PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
