Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-013253 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein QUADRANT RESIDENTIAL CAPITAL IV, LP is the Plaintiff and EDWARD A. CLAPPER, A SINGLE MAN; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 2212 EAST MCBERRY STREET, TAMPA, FL 33610; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 2212 EAST MCBERRY STREET, TAMPA, FL 33610; are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash AT ROOM 202 AT THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY COURTHOUSE 800 TWIGGS STREET TAMPA FL at 2PM EST on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 65.5 FEET OF THE EAST 454.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE N 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR MCBERRY STREET.
