LOT 59 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 60, SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 94 AND 94A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank, as successor by merger to Coast Bank of Florida vs. Matthew W. McWilliams, et al, and the Case number of which is 2011 CA 007283 NC.
