Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Ratify Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reschedule Sale docketed January 20, 2012 and entered in CASE NO: 51-2008-CA-003124-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and MARIA T. CABALLERO, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 37, BLOCK L, CHAPEL PINES-PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 106 THROUGH 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
