NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007180-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and KENNETH LOW A/K/A KENNETH W. LOW, III A/K/A KENNETH WILBER LOW, III, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 7, Block A, GROVES, PHASE III, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 53, of the Public Records of Pasco county, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
