NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003049 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE1, Plaintiff and Dulce Maria Marrero and Daniel Martinez, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on February 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK G, KIRKHAVEN, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
