NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-020979 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST JEAN A. ALERS A/K/A JEAN ANNE ALERS,DECEASED; ELIZABETH A. BOWMAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN A. ALERS A/K/A JEAN ANNE ALERS, DECEASED; PAUL WATSON, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN A. ALERS A/K/A JEAN ANNE ALERS, DECEASED; ELIZABETH BOWMAN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN A. ALERS A/K/A JEAN ANNE ALERS, DECEASED; GRAHAM WATSON, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN A. UNIT 900, SUNRIDGE BY THE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1864, PAGES 1599 THROUGH 1659, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGES 45, 45A THROUGH 45C, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
