NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of June, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-007235-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's online website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, SADDLE CREEK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
