NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 11, 2012 in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-004700 WS , of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES MUSSAW; PATRICIA MUSSAW; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 27, 2012 beginning at 11:00 AM, on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
