F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and DAVID K. LOMBARDIA, CHERYL Q. LOMBARDIA, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE N/K/A SHERI LOMBARDIA-CAMERON are the Defendant(s). TOGETHER, WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, THE SAME IN FEE SIMPLE FOREVER.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
