Condominium Unit No. 1404, Parcel E, MEADOWCROFT CONDOMINUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 811, Pages 905 through 936, and Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 7 and 8, both of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
