NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA010172, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and PAUL A. GULLIVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL A. GULLIVER; THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE III, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT H-31, BUILDING NO. “H”, THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 17, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 448, PAGES 40 THROUGH 54, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 11 THROUGH 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
