Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated January 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CC-000568, in the COUNTY COURT in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein WHITNEY MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and TROY C. CHAMBERS, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Lot 67 of Whitney Meadows, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, pages 1 through 6, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23 day of February, 2012.
