WETHERELL; STEVEN D. WETHERELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN STAHL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A VICKI STAHL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on March 05, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
