YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR,INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit “B” of Building Number 3051 as described in the Declaration of Condominium of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR recorded in O.R. Book 588, Pages 515 thru 576, inclusive, and in Plat Book 11, Pages 7 thru 11, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with all appurtenances thereto described in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. Subject however, to each and every provision of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. With the following street address: 4330 Rustic Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before March 5, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
