NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated January 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-005897, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and RAYMOND K. KEDDY A/K/A RAYMOND KEDDY; VIRGINIA R. KEDDY A/K/A VIRGINIA KEDDY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SANCTUARY AT PELCAN POINTE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 24th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
