DAVIS A/K/A PERRY MAE MCDANIEL A/K/A PERRY M. MCDANIEL; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; SHADYBROOK VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUPERIOR BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PEOPLE'S COMMUNITY BANK OF THE WEST COAST; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
