NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-005825 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. 2006-NC2, Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-NC2, Plaintiff and LEVI COOPER, GRECY COOPER, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, February 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
