NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2012, and entered in 51-2010-CA-005751-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and SUSAN CARBONE; TRI-LEISURE CONDOMINIUM INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER “A”, BUILDING NUMBER 1701, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TRI-LEISURE CONDOMINIUM, DATED MAY 20, 1974 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 767, PAGES 1385 THROUGH 1435, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 64 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
