NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-003689-XX of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and CRYSTAL R. COOK A/K/A CRYSTAL RENEE COOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRYSTAL R. COOK A/K/A CRYSTAL RENEE COOK; TARGET NATIONAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES MYERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 116, TANGLEWOOD TERRACE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
