NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-004728-XX of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARK LYLE; NAOMI LYLE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A JOSH RYALS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A TASIA RYALS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, MILLWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 86-90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
