NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2011-CA-011438-O in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that I, Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 495, VILLAGEWALK AT LAKE NONA, Units 1D and 1E, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 65, at Page 42, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
