Final Judgment was awarded on January 24, 2008 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-012667, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN is the Plaintiff, and, RUBEN AVALOS; PRISCILLA J. AVALOS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on March 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
