CITY OF WINTER GARDEN ELECTION
Testing of the ballot tabulating equipment to be used in the March 13, 2012, City of Winter Garden Municipal Election will be held and open to the public on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Orange County Supervisor of Elections office located at 119 W. Kaley Street, Orlando, Florida.
If any run-off election is necessary, the testing of ballot tabulating equipment to be used in the April 10, 2012 run-off election will be held and open to the public on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Orange County Supervisor of Elections office located at 119 W. Kaley Street, Orlando, Florida.
In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, these meeting(s) will be open to the public.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if any person with a disability, as defined by the ADA, needs special accommodation to participate in this proceeding, then not later than two business days prior to the proceeding, he or she should contact the County Supervisor of Elections Office at 407-836-2070.
