NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 48-2007-CA-007564-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and JOHANNES GERMANN-KURTZ; CHARLES TOWNE AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on March 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
