UNIT NUMBER 403, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANCES AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5510, PAGE 1765, AS AMENDED, AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 28-37, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 9, 2012.
