NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 08011255CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD C WHITEMAN RICHARD C WHITEMAN, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of February, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3 JEFFERSON MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
