NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered on February 2, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, wherein STEARNS BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and FARRELL HOMES, INC., MICHAEL FARRELL, JUDITH FARRELL and LOTS 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 AND 14, BLOCK 127 AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 138, 2ND ADDITION HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, Case No. 8:11-cv-1725-T-17EAJ, Matthew J. Meyer, Special Master, will at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2012, after giving notice as required by 28 U.S.C. § 2002, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the steps in front of the main entrance of the St. Petersburg Judicial Building, 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, the following described property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit.
Parcel 4:
A portion of Lots 11 and 12 and a portion of the vacated 10 foot wide alley abutting said lots along their East boundary lines, Block 138, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 8 and 9, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point found by measuring from the Northwest corner of said Block 138, S. 00 deg.44'37” E., along the East Right-of-Way Line of 75th Street North (A 60' R/W), a distance of 221.25 to the aforementioned Point of Beginning, thence leaving said line, N. 90 deg.00'00” E., a distance of 162.99 feet; thence S. 00 deg.41'41” E., a distance of 60.01 feet; thence S. 90 deg.00'00” W., a distance of 162.99 feet to a point on the aforementioned East Right-of-Way Line of 75th Street North; thence along said Right-of-Way Line N. 00 deg.44'37” W., a distance of 60.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Parcel 5:
A portion of Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 138, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 8 and 9, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point found by measuring from the Northwest corner of said Block 138, S. 00 deg.44'37” E., along the East Right-of-Way Line of 75th Street North (A 60' R/W), a distance of 281.25 to the aforementioned Point of Beginning, thence leaving said line, N. 90 deg.00'00” E., a distance of 67.99 feet; thence S. 00 deg.44'45” E., a distance of 100.01 feet to a point on the North Right-of-Way line of 70th Avenue North (A 60' R/W); thence S. 90 deg.00'00” W., along said Right-of-Way Line, a distance of 67.99 feet to a point on the aforementioned East Right-of-Way Line of 75th Street North; thence along said Right-of-Way Line N. 00 deg.44'37” W., a distance of 100.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale.
