NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-002991 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee of the Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-FXD1Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FXD1, Plaintiff and Elaine Goldsmith, Surviving Spouse of Alan Goldsmith, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, STEEPLECHASE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 30, 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
