NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-016218 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Kimberly S. Milton a/k/a Kimberly S. Evans are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3, MILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
