TERRY CATER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRY CATER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015578, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and TERRY CATER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRY CATER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK D OF CROSS BAYOU ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 58 AND 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
