NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2011, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated January 24, 2012 entered in Case No. 09-018069-CI-019of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BAYOU ANESTHESIA & PAIN MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES, P.A., a Florida corporation; JARTA PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; TODD S. TRAUB, an individual; JANICE TRAUB, an individual; and UNKNOWN TENANT, fictitious name representing tenant(s) in possession of the property located at 6205 66th Street North, Unit 201, Pinellas Park, Florida, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and further described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

Unit 201, Building C, of Prestige Park, a Commercial Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 12840, Page 1757, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
