Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-016008-CI-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein John A. Lloyd and Stephen B. King are Plaintiffs and John M. Moeller, Mike Wolfe, Jason Spisak, the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors of Martha Spisak, deceased, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against Martha Spisak, deceased, and all other persons claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Brookeville Heights No. 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Tax Parcel Number:

ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, AND OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
