NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 31, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated April 29, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008CA015438XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and TAMMARA K. RUBINO; MICHAEL RUBINO; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of March, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 11, REPLAT OF PINE CITY SUBDIVISION , ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
