UNIT 314, GATEWAY SQUARE APARTMENTS NO.6, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 71 THROUGH 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3335, PAGES 670 THROUGH 706, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF - A/K/A 8100 N. DR. MARTIN LUTHER JR. -#314, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33702
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, 33301, on or before March 12, 2012, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
