YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PENTHOUSE GREENS CONDOMINIUM A, herein in the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT A-210, PENTHOUSE GREENS CONDOMINIUM, UNIT A, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3403, pages 413 through 487, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, pages 57 and 58, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 225 Country Club Drive #A210, Largo, Florida, 33771-2296.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before March 12, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
