NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2012, entered in Case No. 52 2011 CA 009199XXCICI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the plaintiff, and TOTAL TURF MANAGEMENT LLC, a Florida corporation and PHILIP W. DECKER are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 27, 2012, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All assets of the Debtor, of every kind and nature, now existing and hereafter acquired and arising and wherever located, including without limitation, accounts (including health-care-insurance receivables and credit card receivables), deposit accounts commercial tort claims, letter of credit rights, chattel paper (including electronic chattel paper), documents instruments, investment property, general intangibles (including payment and tangibles), software, goods inventory, equipment, furniture and fixtures, all supporting obligations of the foregoing, and all cash and non-cash proceeds and products (including without limitation insurance proceeds) of the foregoing, and all additions and accessions as thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof (“the Encumbered Personal Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
