NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 31, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 07 009684 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Gard Ryan and Gina Ryan, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on March 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 48 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE EAST 16 FEET OF LOT 7, SHERRI SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
