Book 4182, Page 1540, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Page 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2101 Sunset Point Road, #1102, Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 9, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
