NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 06, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-003039-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN DELAPORTAS; M&I MARSHALL AND ILSLEY BANK; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIERRA 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on April 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NUMBER 101, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TIERRA 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 43 THROUGH 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AUGUST 28, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5067, PAGES 9 THROUGH 54, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
