Book 5129, Pages 640 through 702, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 96 through 100, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 4, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
