NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-000969 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-SHL1 Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of October 1,2006, Plaintiff and James Woods are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on March 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK 1, SECOND ADDITION, ISLE OF PALMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 28 AND 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
