NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 24th day of January 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-8125-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4, Renaissance Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2005-4, is Plaintiff and Pauletta Dawn Miller, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 9th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 60, Plat of Tyrone, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 7401 37th Avenue, Saint Petersburg, FL 33710
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
