NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-005508 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Gloria J. Cornett are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
