NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-003615-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and S & S Investment Corporation of St. Petersburg, Inc., a Florida Corporation are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF THE EAST 80 FEET OF LOTS 101 AND 102, BON-AIR, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
