Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 24, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, CASTLE HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 38, AT PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4913 N. 37TH ST., TAMPA , FL 33610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on April 12th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
